By accessing or using JobOff ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outvixe Creative Agency.
JobOff acts as your agent when submitting applications. You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of all information in your profile.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorized use, and take responsibility for all account activity. You must be at least 18 years old to use JobOff.
You agree not to submit fraudulent application materials, reverse-engineer the platform, violate applicable laws, interfere with platform infrastructure, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.
The JobOff platform is owned by Outvixe Creative Agency. You retain full ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service.
JobOff does not guarantee that applications will result in interviews or job offers, nor the continuous error-free operation of the platform. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outvixe Creative Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may request an export.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Edo State, Nigeria.
